What We Do
Tall Girl Conference Planning offers comprehensive solutions for clients across all sectors, ie: corporate, non-profit, associations, etc. seeking to organize meetings, conferences, and events, particularly catering to those who may lack the time, resources, or expertise to undertake such endeavors independently. Moreover, we specialize in collaborating with newly formed associations, start-ups, and informal groups aspiring to conceptualize and execute their own conferences or events, providing tailored support to meet their unique needs and aspirations.
A significant portion of Tall Girl’s portfolio is dedicated to medical meetings and conferences with a primary emphasis on, though not confined to, the design and execution of Sponsor and Exhibitors packages. Our comprehensive services extend to Accreditation Management, intricately crafted multi-track program design, and the seamless implementation of Continuing Professional Development (CPD) certificates. We pride ourselves on our proficiency in orchestrating large-scale events, ensuring a seamless and successful experience for both organizers and participants alike.
As an owner-operated business, Tall Girl exemplifies flexibility and adaptability in meeting the unique needs of its clients. Recognizing the absence of a “one-size-fits-all” approach, Tall Girl dedicates the necessary time and effort to identify and fulfill the distinct requirements of each client and project.

This inaugural event was highly regarded by oil and gas companies across North America. E3 Lithium, a leading lithium extraction start-up, is focused on fostering innovation and advancing the renewable energy sector through the development of sustainable lithium resources.
The event was held at Studio Bell, National Music Centre in downtown Calgary, providing a unique and inspiring setting for attendees. Participants heard directly from the E3 leadership team through a series of company updates and discussions on future plans, followed by a candid question-and-answer session. Following the formal presentations, guests were invited to explore the facility and participate in an immersive “Lithium Extraction Journey.” Through four interactive touchpoints, attendees learned about the lithium extraction lifecycle and E3’s innovative approach to resource development.
Studio Bell’s striking architecture and engaging exhibits served as a memorable backdrop for networking, food and beverage experiences, and meaningful conversations among industry leaders, investors, and stakeholders throughout the event.

This conference is CFC’s largest learning and networking event for philanthropic organizations in Canada. Known for its thought-provoking speakers, peer-learning opportunities and intentional approach to creating connections, the conference is about celebrating successes and learning from practical experiences. TGCP has produced this biannual conference in both a hybrid and virtual format. One of the many unique elements of this conference is that it hosts 12 concurrent sessions; meaning that logistical coordination is paramount.

Tall Girl has dedicated over five years to collaborating with this client, successfully orchestrating the conference in various formats, including in-person, virtual, and hybrid events. Traditionally held annually in Banff, the Forum serves as a paramount platform, offering accounting practitioners valuable, cost-effective continuing educational content within a laid-back atmosphere. The agenda typically delves into topics such as tax updates, new software introductions, and updates on ethical practices. With each passing year, the program strives to surpass the excellence of its previous conferences.
